This entry lists the best and worst for the past 30 days of the 2017 regular season, through games of Sunday, June 19. Here is an explanation of this weekly feature.
Comment of the week: I started doing this feature this season on May 9. This is the first time since then–this is the sixth report since that date–that the American League team with the best record over the past 30 days has not been the Houston Astros. And they were second-best on May 9 as well as today.
